To slice solids with a surface

  1. Click Modify menu 3D Operations Slice.
  2. Select the objects to slice.
  3. Press ENTER.
  4. At the command prompt, enter s.
  5. Press ENTER.
  6. Select a surface to use as the cutting plane.
  7. Specify which side to retain, or enter b to retain both sides.
