To add a photometric light to be used in a luminaire

  1. At the Command prompt, enter lightingunits and set the value to 1 (International units) or 2 (American units) for photometric lighting.
  2. Enter dashboard at the Command prompt.
  3. Right-click the title of the dashboard. Click Control Panels and then click Lights Panel.
  4. Right-click the Tool palette title bar. Click Photometric Lights.
  5. On the General Lights - Photometric Lights palette, select a palette.
  6. Drag a light from the palette to the drawing.
  7. Drag another light from the palette to the drawing.
  8. At the Command prompt, enter block to create a light fixture with the lights placed in the drawing.
