To create a new view with the sun and sky background

  1. At the Command prompt, enter lightingunits and set the value to 1 (International units) or 2 (American units) for photometric lighting.
  2. Click the View > Named Views.
  3. Select the New button to activate the New View dialog.
  4. Type in a name for the new view.
  5. In the Background drop-down list, change the default to Sun & Sky.
  6. Click OK.

    The Adjust Sun & Sky Background dialog box is displayed.

     Toolbar: Lights 
     Command entry: SUNPROPERTIES
     Dashboard: Lights panel, Edit the Sun
