To hide the command window

Click Tools menu Command Line.At the command prompt, enter commandline.

NoteSome commands and system variables return values at the command line, so you may want to display the command line in those instances. To display the command line when it's hidden, press CTRL+9. Alternate method: Click Tools menu Command Line.
