To change the height of the section plane indicator

  1. Right-click the section object. Click Properties.
  2. Under Geometry, change the value for Top Plane. This changes the distance from the section line to the upper edge of the section plane.
  3. Change the value for Bottom Plane. This changes the distance from the section line to the bottom edge of the section plane.

    The section plane indicator is updated in the viewport.
