To specify the display color for parameters in the Block Editor

At the command prompt, enter bparametercolor.
Enter one of the following values:
- BYLAYER
- BYBLOCK
- An integer from 1 to 255
- A true color specified by three integers each ranging from 1 to 255 in the following format: RGB:000,000,000.
