Create Drawing Files for Use as Blocks

To create a new drawing file from an existing block definition

  1. Click Modify menu Object Block Description.At the Command prompt, enter block.
  2. In the Block Definition dialog box, in the Name box, select the block to modify.
  3. In the Name box, enter a new name.
  4. In the Description box, enter or modify the description for the new drawing file.
  5. Click OK.
