To display prompts in tooltips

1. Right-click Dyn on the status bar. Click Settings.
2. In the Drafting Settings dialog box, Dynamic input tab, under Dynamic Prompts, check Show Command Prompting and Command Input Near the Crosshairs.
3. Click OK.
