To edit a formula in a formula column added to extracted data

  1. In the Data Extraction wizard on the Refine Data page, right-click the column label of the formula column. Click Edit Formula Column.
  2. In the Edit Formula Column dialog box, make changes to the formula.
  3. Click Validate.
  4. Click OK.
