Set the DWF File Compression

To specify the DWF file compression

1. Click File menu Plot.At the Command prompt, enter plot.
2. In the Printer/Plotter area, in the Name list, select a DWF plotting device. Click Properties.
3. In the Plotter Configuration Editor, Device and Document Settings tab, select Custom Properties from the tree window.
4. In the Access Custom Dialog area, click Custom Properties.
5. In the DWF6 ePlot Properties dialog box, in the Additional Output Settings and in the DWF Format area, specify a file compression option. Click OK.
6. In the Plotter Configuration Editor, click OK.
7. In the Changes to a Printer Configuration dialog box, do one of the following. Then click OK.
   • Select Apply Changes for the Current Plot Only to specify a one-time override of the configuration settings that isn't saved to the DWF6 configuration file.
   • Select Save Changes to the Following File to save the configuration changes to the DWF configuration file.
8. In the Browse for Plot File dialog box, in the Save In location list, select a plotting location for the DWF file, and click Save. Click OK.
