To unload an unused linetype

  1. Click Format menu Linetype.At the Command prompt, enter linetype.
  2. In the Linetype Manager, select a linetype. Click Delete.

    The selected linetype is unloaded. Certain linetypes cannot be unloaded: BYLAYER, BYBLOCK, CONTINUOUS, and any linetypes currently in use.
