You can use the Portable License utility to re-export a license. For example, if you lose a license transfer file, you can create the license again by re-exporting it.
You can also use the Portable License utility to save a license when you make changes to the computer's hard drive; for example, if you partition a hard drive and want to make sure the product license is not lost in the process.
