To turn off the display of column letters and row numbers for tables

1. At the Command prompt, enter tableindicator.
2. At the Enter New Value prompt, enter 0.

When TABLEINDICATOR is set to 1, the In-Place Text Editor displays column letters and row numbers when a table cell is selected.

 Command entry:  TABLEINDICATOR
