To remove list formatting from multiline text

1. Double-click a multiline text object to open the In-Place Text Editor.
2. Select the list items.
3. To expand the Text Formatting toolbar, click Options button Show Options.
4. On the expanded toolbar, click the active list button to make it inactive: Numbering, Bullets, or Uppercase Letters.
   NoteIf the list uses lowercase letters, click Uppercase Letters to convert the list to uppercase. Then click Uppercase Letters to make it inactive.
5. To save your changes and exit the editor, use one of the following methods:
   • Click OK on the toolbar.
   • Click in the drawing outside the editor.
   • Press CTRL+ENTER.
