To create a new visibility state based on the current state

  1. On the Block Editor toolbar, click Manage Visibility States.
  2. In the Visibility States dialog box, click New.
  3. In the New Visibility State dialog box, enter a name for the new visibility state.
  4. Click Leave Visibility of Existing Objects Unchanged in New State.
  5. Click OK.

The visibility of existing objects is unchanged in the new state.
