In the Block Editor, in the Block Authoring Palettes window,
Actions tab, click the Stretch Action tool.
In the Block Editor drawing area, select a parameter to
associate with the action. (You can associate the following
parameter types with a move action: point, linear, polar, and XY.)
If you
associated the stretch action with a point parameter, go to step
4.
Do one of the following to select a parameter point to
associate with the action:
Use the pointing device.
Follow the command prompts.
Do one of the following to specify the first corner of the
stretch frame:
Use the pointing device.
Enter the X and Y
coordinate values, separated by a comma.
Do one of the following to specify the opposite corner of the
stretch frame:
Use the pointing device.
Enter the X and Y
coordinate values, separated by a comma.
Select the objects for the selection set.
Press ENTER.
(Optional) Follow the command prompts to specify a distance
multiplier and angle offset.
Do one of the following to specify the location of the action:
Use the pointing device.
Enter the X and Y
coordinate values, separated by a comma.
NoteThe action
location in the block definition has no effect on the appearance or
the functionality of the block reference.
On the Block Editor toolbar, click Save Block Definition.
If you are finished using the Block Editor, click Close Block
Editor.
