To define multiple folders for the color book path

  1. Click Tools menu Options.At the Command prompt, enter options.
  2. In the Options dialog box, Files tab, click Color Book Locations.
  3. Click Add to add a color book location.
  4. Enter the new location in the blank path box.
  5. Click OK.
