To add a jitter effect to edges

  1. Click Tools menu Palettes Visual Styles.
  2. With the current visual style selected in the sample images, in Edge Modifiers, click the Jitter Edges button and adjust the amount of jitter in Jitter.
 Toolbar: Visual Styles 
 Command entry: VISUALSTYLES
 Dashboard: Visual Style panel (click to expand), Edge Jitter button and slider
