To remove an Opacity map from a material

  1. After selecting an opacity map, in the Materials window, in the Maps section, clear the Opacity map selection.
  2. Click the Delete Map Information from Material icon to remove the opacity map from the material.

    You are prompted to delete all nested maps.

  3. Click Yes.

    The Opacity map and nested maps are deleted from the material.
