Use a Hyperlink to Access a File or a Web Page

To create a relative hyperlink

  1. Click Insert menu Hyperlink.At the Command prompt, enter hyperlink.
  2. In the drawing area, select one or more graphical objects to attach the hyperlink to.
  3. Enter the name of the file to attach in Type the File or Web Page Name.

    Do not enter any path information with the file name, or you will create a full hyperlink.

  4. Click OK.
