To automatically view graphical objects that are linked to a set of database table records

  1. In the dbConnect Manager, double-click a database table to open it.
  2. In the Data View window, select a link template from the Link Template list.
  3. In the Data View window, click the AutoView Linked Objects in Drawing button.
  4. In the Data View window, select one or more records.

    Any corresponding linked graphical objects are selected in the drawing area.

  5. Repeat step 4 to select additional linked graphical objects.
  6. Repeat step 3 to turn off the AutoView Linked Objects mode.
