To edit embedded AutoCAD objects

  1. Open the document that contains the embedded AutoCAD objects (for example, a Microsoft Word file).
  2. Double-click the embedded objects to start the program and display the objects.
  3. Modify the objects as necessary.
  4. To save changes to the embedded objects, click File menu Update.
  5. To return to the destination application, click File menu Exit.To return to the destination application, at the Command prompt, enter quit.
