You can change the scale, rotation, location, width, and height of an image using the following methods and properties:

ScaleEntity

Scales the image

Rotate

Rotates the image

Origin

Specifies the image location

Width

Specifies the width of the image in pixels

Height

Specifies the height of the image in pixels

ImageWidth

Specifies the width of the image in database units

ImageHeight

Specifies the height of the image in database units

ShowRotation

Determines if the raster is displayed as rotated
